1. No Returns on Digital Products
All sales of digital license keys are final. Once a license key is delivered via email, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because digital keys are considered “used” once delivered and cannot be resold.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
